Description
This level of sponsorship is for a single organization, which wants to show its support for IAHQ and have an opportunity to have a presence onsite. It includes:
- Complimentary exhibit/vendor space outside the conference hall (table and chair)
- Participation in the sponsor scavenger hunt (During two, 30-minute breaks attendees will be encouraged to visit sponsors. By visiting all, they will be entered in a prize drawing)
- Recognition as a sponsor in printed conference materials, new website and IAHQ News (e-newsletter)
- Verbal recognition during the annual conference
- Additional signage during the reception
