Mark your calendars! It’s time for the IAHQ Annual Conference.
IAHQ’s 2019 annual conference, Innovation in Quality and Safety Across the Care Continuum, is set for Tuesday, May 7, from 8:00 to 5:30 pm, at the NIU Naperville Conference Center, 1120 E Diehl Rd, Naperville, IL 60563.
The agenda is being finalized now and registration will open in early March.

Plan to share your QI and patient safety successes from the inpatient, ambulatory, long-term care, and other settings in which you work. There is no need to recreate your poster from scratch unless you want to. You are encouraged to present posters you have used at state, regional or national meetings. Your conference peers will judge the most impactful projects. Please submit posters that represent work primarily completed in 2017 and 2018, previously submitted posters with not be accepted. If you are submitting a poster from the Illinois Hospitals and Health Systems Association (IHA) legislative day, please be sure to include handouts which communicate more detail about your project. Failure to do so may result in receiving lower scores)

IAHQ will accommodate traditional posters, storyboards, and tabletop presentations. Posters should be NO larger than 42″ X 60″ (Please notify IAHQ if you have concerns.) To submit a proposal, please send an email with the following information to: email@example.com

3. Sponsoring organization
4. Project team composition
5. Project lead contact information (name, title, phone number, email)
